My 'make up style' has been evolving all my life.
 
Teenager:  white lipstick and shiny vinyl eyeliner.  (Ya, i know, lol.)
 
Housewife:  Usually bare-faced.
 
30's & 40's: Chanel make up, including eyeliner, lip liner, etc.  The 'works'.
 
Now:  bare-faced unless i have a date. If i do, only a minimum of make up -- powder foundation, blush, eyeshadow, mascara, lipstick and brow pencil. No more eyeliner and stuff. The 'minimum'.
 
So what's Y/yr make up style?

i'm a little goth girl, always have been as far as make up is concerned...

if i'm home, unless i'm going on my webcam, it's not dealt with at all :p

I wear makeup once a year LOL I attend 2 Christmas parties during that time and just like a little "sparkle" I will occasionaly wear lipstick. Always wear chapstick(I have tubes of thise stuck everywhere, so one is readily available

i wear black eyeliner. the one with the brush not the felt tip. black mascara and red lipstick. no foundation no powders. i do wear sunblock. thats it. for any occassion.

Mine always seems to be evolving.

Teens - (in the 80's) I did the whole blue eyeshadow, black eyeliner, foundation, blush and lipstick - the works basically. Wouldn't go out of the house without makeup. With the big hair of course.

20's - Was married, in the Navy and did the minimalist natural look for the most part because I never had the time to do more. Just a little mascara and lip gloss unless I was going out.

30's - (now) - Divorced and I will wear powder foundation, eye shadow (but not blue), mascara, and either lip gloss or lipstick depending on where I am going.

I wear lip gloss... not much into make up.  If I go out I put on a lil mascara and eyeliner.. But everyday I just do a lil lip gloss.  I hate make up.

No, seriously, I don't wear it much anymore. I used to do the full Mary Kay warpaint thing. Foundation, concealer, blush, contour powder, 3 shades of eyeshadow, mascara, eyeliner, lip liner, lipstick, lip gloss, eyebrow pencil, you name it. Now, it's some eyeshadow and mascara with lip gloss for a fancy look but usually nothing, or lip gloss. In my avatar picture I'm just wearing lip gloss and no other makeup.... (scary, huh?)

pull out makeup bag---chase kid.
apply moisturizer---remove kids hands from cats throat
open mascara tube---inform hubby that clean underwear in in the same f**ging place it has been for the past 5 yrs
pick up eyeliner---remove teddybear from microwave (beat out flames)
grab lipstick---sees kid with eyeliner pencil inserted up his nose (dropped it while extinguishing teddy)

makeup? gotta be kidding...

iI did the permanent eyeliner (tattooed on)... if i dust with a light mineral powder and a little lip gloss, i look completely made up... I love the eye liner, the best thing i ever did.. oh and mask, hood or water does not cause the horrid black smudges all over my face...

None, unless Im dressing up to go somewhere special then its makeup, mascara and lipstick a little bit of eyeshadow. I've never been one to wear a lot of makeup as I feel its not good for the skin, but once in a while is ok.

M-Sat for work I'll wear mascara/light eyeshadow and lipstick..
Evening make up when I go out mascara/darker eyeshadow and lipstick..
I never wear blush......hell, just say "Boo" to me & I blush a deep red on my own! :))
On Sun's, if it's just me no make up on these eyes but if I'm visiting family/or friends, just mascara/lipstick.

i like accent pencils at the top of the cheekbones and under the outer eyebrow to highlight bone structure light pink and "wet" lip gloss with a light dusting of pink on cheeks for color  heavier makeup for evening and more formal events

I don't wear make-up. On the rare occasions I have to look shiny (the last time was for a wedding i was in 2 yrs ago) , my sister likes to do my make up for me. I guess you could say my make up style is whatever my sister says it is.

when i wear it i use eyeliner, eyeshadow, mascara, concealer, powder and lipstick or lipgloss, blush, and sometimes an eyebrow pencil.

mine is whatever i'm in the mood for, i switch colors around a lot.  i've got a lot of make up...i love buying it and experimenting with it.

eyeliner, lipstick and sometimes mascara for work.  If at home, none.  For an evening out, add eyeshadow to the work makeup

I wear something almost every day. Usually a light foundation with sunscreen, little bit of taupe eye shadow and mascara. If I am going to be outdoors, a lip sunscreen.

Not to mention the stuff that goes on before the makeup or even if I am not going to wear any. Sunscreen and my tea tree oil, is a must every day.

not meaning to hijack the thread, but LaTigresse you mentioned tea tree oil, i've just discovered that and i love it!  how do you use it, straight on the skin?
