Oh, and I forgot to add; that we're changing her name, but her name has a beautiful story behind it. A lady from New Jersey called that shelter, and said that her beloved cat just passed, and that she wanted to sponser the most pathetic cat they had. This one had been in a kill shelter and was two cats away from being given the needle. The lady at the no-kill shelter said that there was just something about her eyes... When you see her in real life, she looks like the cat the pepe le pew is always kissing all over. We went to another shelter before this one, and all of the cats were ill. It was very sad. The lady from this shelter said that many of the cats at the first shelter have feline leukemia, and herpes. (which I didn't even know cats could get.) edited to change peepee to pepe lol

ok....you asked for it.... AWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!! she's adorable. good luck and don't forget to start trimming her nails and grooming her while she's still young. it's easier than starting with an older cat who was NEVER groomed, trust me. peace.....carrie

She looks so small but she must be a full grown cat, as you can't get one spayed until they are 6 month's old and everything is developed. She is cute though...we have two who look just like her in the markings. Not as long of hair though.

Yay! She looks a lot like, and has a very similar background as my Phedre (in a shelter at a year old, with a resp. infection, and weighing less than 5 lbs). i wish you much joy together! [:)]

Rain saw the pic and said, "Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!" And for no reason in particular, I thought of ordering Chinese food tonight. They're probably linked somewhere in my subconscious, but seriously, it seemed spontaneous to me at the time... [Cute kitteh. I likes kittehs. MUCH BETTER THAN DOGS.]

(from SPAY-USA website): How young can a female cat/dog get pregnant? "Adolescent" cats and dogs as young as five months can get pregnant. For many reasons, it is important to spay or neuter BEFORE the first litter is born - before six months.
