I agree with the advice of going to the doctor asap. I don't think you should even suffer through two days. When I was a lot younger, I used to have cramps for the first day and spend the day in bed. Meds did not do much for me and I did not want to take really strong ones. Later, I discovered that sex made my cramps either stop instantly or, if I had sex right when it started or before, the cramps did not happen at all. There, you got the situation where the woman needs sex for her health. All my men have understood this, but with some it took a while because none of them had been used to having sex during the woman's period. I never wanted any guy to feel overwhelmed. Another wonderful thing is a thorough back rub. A nice massage on the lower back helps a lot. I only got PMS, being sad or crying the evening before, in my late thirties. But at that time, I had depression too... so...
