Nope. They can be little or masssive and I always know when I have them.
I have had men tell me I had one, that he could feel it inside but that is just their wish and not the reality. I always know when I have them.

here is a nice into to gspot stimulation...there are many good articles...sometimes it hard to find the gspot but once you learn to find yours....you never lose it...thankfully! i was 44 before i found mine....and i love it...

Every so often I would have an encounter during which I did not experience an orgasm as I was accustomed to experiencing it (the mind-blowing ones which only occurred with clitoral stimulation). It happened when my partner was giving me heavy vaginal stimulation, and I would have what I described to myself as an "unorgasm" and feel confused about the satisfaction that I felt, since, as far as I knew, I hadn't come. I know now that it was having my G-spot stimulated that produced the "unorgasm".

The first time I had someone stimulating both my clitoris AND my G-spot at the same time I nearly passed out from the ecstasy. I just kept coming and coming and coming...and screaming into the two pillows I had to put over my face to keep from disturbing the neighbors...

Not sure that i can say anything that has not already been mentioned but, i will do my best to help... It is not always easy to tell when i am having a vaginal orgasm, though clitoral is rather simple and almost impossible to miss. Sir has purchased many toys that might aid me in internal g-spot orgasms and still i can not seem to bring one on myself to save my little life lol Lately though with some clitoral orgasm denial for days at a time, to Sir's utter delight and mine as well of course, i have been having vaginal (g-spot) orgasms. Yay! It has not been easy and sometimes i am still not sure if i had one or not but, when my finger nails start digging into the bed, my thighs or Sir's back it is obvious to us both what is happening. They are no where near as intense as clitoral but, they still feel good. And while clitoral orgasms make me feel saited for a good few hours, vaginal just make more hungry for the good stuff.... All in all most of the things i have learned about orgasms, came from my bisexual relationships. Which leads me to suggest perhaps spending some time masterbating with toys alone, or try playing with another woman, both can help and if not they will be fun in most cases i am sure.

OMG, me too! I thought I was the only one who could feel it. It was like.. <vibration> And oh shit, I am pregnant.... followed by... hey.. I am pregnant.
I knew within the hour each time.
LOL it is good to know there are other freaks out there!!
