I know I am not the op, but most of the posts here seem to indicate when some of us fake it, it is to put an end to a sexual encounter that is not doing it for us anymore, (at least for that particuliar time).
For me, & I suspect many who have faked it, it is because the sexual act is going on so long that we are beginning to get bored, dry, or we are starting to get sore. There are a few dominants as well, that really believe they are so powerful, they can get a women to cum for them just be telling them it will please them. They are, in fact, just setting themselves up for someone to fake it with them. Sometimes it is the guy who just keeps bouncing up & down on us for what feels like hours at a time. Sometimes, it is the person who thinks they are orally pleasing, & may be, any other time. Sometimes it is when we are with someone who maybe had too much to drink, & just couldn't cum because their ability to feel with their cock just wasn't what it should be due to the drink.
At least for me, I need variety in the stiumulation I am recieving. Not the same motion over & over again. As a dominant women, generally, it is not an issue anymore. But I can certainly understand why some people do fake it.
To the person who posted that he was getting sore, I suspect she was probably drying out & was probably relieved when you finally faked it. She was probably as relieved as you were, but thought maybe you came & didn't want to hurt your feelings. We, women are capable of putting on quite an act for preservations sake, preservation of your feelings & our own comfort.
