I don't mean to be beating a dead horse, but I've read through the terms of service and I don't really see anything that clearly prohibits the discussion of such things as on this thread.  The only article I would think is remotely related is this:

"7.3.13.  You agree that You will not use Our services in order to view, transmit, traffic in, or in any other way interact with, provide to any other person, or receive obscene materials in any way;"

What is deemed as "obscene"? I feel that is open for debate.

Otherwise, if someone could show me where in TOS it states such things, please let me know. Sometimes I get lost in the legal jargon!

I'm with you here. Nothing mentioned in this thread was anywhere near what i would class as sick.
