I found myself snooping through profiles today and chanced upon Lady Hibiscus' reference to the Clique, so I thought I would stop by and say hello. So, um, hello. (I really didn't think this through.) I hope you're all well-stuffed following the holiday, and I hope to be a less lurksome presence in the days to come. Take care, WW

I hear ya, but a landlord isn't really a random person. Take it from someone who loves dogs, has 3, but also has to pick up the dog poop from the tenant's dog. I won't let anyone else with a dog rent here. No matter what they say, I always end up picking up the dog poop.

Just a reminder...Flint Adults Munch is this coming Saturday. I know it conflicts with Season's Beatings but if any of you are not going to attend that event we'd love to see you at the munch.

I think there are lots of better options....but unfortunately that isn't my decision to make. I think that if we changed venues it would even lead to more members. But....what do I know???[:(]

how did i miss the fish discussion? lol Currently working on building my own tank back up after several years. Found a pet store that will actually order in fish that i want, now if only they'd actually live after i get them home. ~sighs~ . They ordered two more ropes and both died before i got there to pick them up so nope, tis not my tank that's the problem at all. Would love a salt water but so much work and kinda requires an electric company that can keep the power on..... have a generator but if i was out and about and came home to a dead tank because consumers failed again... i'd blow a cork! Been seriously considering getting another bird..... keep talking myself out of it but do miss having a feathered comedian around. Totally agree on raising one from a baby, sadly the last one i had was a wild capture and as such, i'll never get one from a pet store again. And on "Michigan stuff" Whoooooooooohoooooooooooo it's snowwwwwwwwwwwwing here. ducks n runs like hell

I got nothin here. Dazed, confused, behind the eight ball, and all I want to do is hang out and knit. Typical day, in my world! Is anyone xmas shopping? I am so happy that I don't have to! A motley array of friends (or their children) are getting things that I am making, but as usual creating things is violently time consuming. I have a few wet-clay sessions of ceramics yet, and I have made a LIST of exactly what I am doing so I don't get sidetracked. I remember the days when I was totally organized and actually got things done... I was 20, I think... [8\|]

Took my grandaughter to Bronners. Made my inner child and her both happy. Soft Im thinking of starting an aquarium again. Gave my 60gal one to my son seeing as he isnt doing much with it Im going to become a indian giver. LH can you use your crayons and do a picture for my refridgerator.

Your granddaughter didn't make you any pictures? Salt or freshwater aquarium? I would love a turtle habitat, I love turtles.

Fresh water. Salt water is way to expensive. I like going to the Bass Pro Shop and looking at their fish during lunch time. Im thinking of taking a piece of line with a small hook and seeing if I can hook one of the trout in the stream there. I don't see what they can charge me with.

I saw a lil kid scooping fish out with a butterfly net there (Great Lakes Crossing one)... it was cute til the employees stepped in. [:D] Happy BDay Ray! Today, right now, I MISS SNOW..
