My sister is out in Fowlerville and they couldn't go to work yesterday because of the snow. She was really upset about that too...lol not

I did some Christmas shopping, but plan on finishing up this week. I have to do it fast before I run out of money. My income just dried up. I wish I was creative enough to make things, but life didn't work that way for me.

Have you ever seen my ex's turtle? He is actually a tortoise and he is going to be very big when he is done growing. Not sure what she will do with him then.

I never met Shelly OR Horton in the shell, so to speak.  They do grow pretty slowly, I am sure she can keep him for years and years.  Personally, I would train him to pull a little cart for Henry to ride in~

I offered to bolt a table on his back, so he could serve drinks at parties and she didn't like that idea. I thought it was a good one. I like the little cart idea, but getting Henry to sit still that long might be tough.

Oh, he would be so cute as a little mobile drink server!  we could lash the tray on with elastic bands, no hole drilling needed!

That would work too, but I doubt she would go for it. She wouldn't even let me paint his back [8|]

Just a quick hi... i've been neglecting my internet for a couple of weeks but won't apologize cuz i've been playing in the snow :)  Of course, muscling that old tractor without power steering around just reminds me how out of shape i am... lol
i'd be up for a party in Jan. - i'd love nothing more than to put faces to the names i'm becoming familiar with.
Sorry Ray, that old tractor probably wouldn't make it the 10 miles to your place and back.
 
Camille - i'd send ya snow but i'm pretty sure it'd hold up even worse than the leaves... lol

Deer in the yard last night!  It's still a novelty to me, they've only been cruising our bird feeders for a few years now.  So cute, those big floppy tails!  Still bummed that I didn't fill the freezer with the Car Smashing Buck, though!

I loved the leaves! But you're right.. snow wouldn't hold up very well through mailing. I miss Michigan and wish I'd been able to meet the rest of you face to face.

Im going to start a class action suit against Farmers Alamac. They said we were going to have a mild winter. It is still fall for another 3 weeks.

It HAS been a mild winter!  You can still see the grass in some spots!  Yesterday, it even got above freezing.[8|]
