Indeed, not worrying about any longer was helpful to me as well, and the essential first step in my case. Listening to the Lord of the Rings symphony and a few other pieces of music also proved helpful. My greatset success has come from utilizing self hypnosis to do a bit of work on my own motherboard, along with programming in some stuff that allows me to relax and go to sleep in response to protocols I established for myself. In time, I got where I didn't need those nearly so often...having finally learned how to go to sleep. When I'm under an unusual amout of stress I return to those, however. Additionally, I quit fretting over getting X hours of sleep every night. My body is happiest with two four hour rest periods per every 24. Life rarely allows that. If I'm getting six hours on average, so be it. If I have to take a day to "recharge' and sleep for 14, OK by me. Learning to stay asleep for 5-6 hrs at a time, when my body needed it, was accomplishment enough for me. The rest is just gravy. Grace
