There's a law like this in several counties near where I live.

If there was a law against sagging bewbies, then we'd have a real problem. *giggles*

I can see it now...court-ordered intervention to cure drooping bewbage. They'd have certified bra-fitters and return court dates to prove the lack of droopiness....

That made me laugh. The area would look much nicer without buttcracks and underwear showing from droopy drawers. I always think they look like a toddler with poopy pants.
