ORIGINAL: CreativeDominant ... As you note, it is a form of deception about who you are and while I understand and appreciate that women color their hair and do all the "beauty" things to help mother nature out a bit and to be more appealing to their men and their own image...and while I understand that a man should care about his appearance too, it is my opinion that many guys take it a bit too far. You say you understand and appreciate it, but do you consider it a deception by women to color their hair? If not, why would it be one for men? To be honest, I started getting gray hairs at age 21 (on my wedding day, to be precise... should have taken that as a bad omen. [:-]) If I did not color my hair now, I would be almost completely silver-haired. I'm not ready to accept that look just yet. It would look odd, too... Firm is three years older yet his jet black hair has no noticable gray in it. [;)] Edited to add: As today is my 46th birthday, I find myself wondering just when I'll be ready to own up to my gray hair. I've no idea how to go about letting it go gray without either a drastic, overnight change, or walking around for months looking like a skunk. I'm thinking I just might go to my grave as a brunette.
