You have still failed to grasp what happened and your post is off point.
No, no other administration has been caught doing the things Gonzalez and Rove did (at the higher level) or what the #3 was doing at a lower level.
Now we have to live with 40 Immigration Judges who might be fruit from the poisonous tree. These are lifetime, non political positions. Immigration Law is complex --- and those court decisions directly affect the lives of many people from all persuasions.
Its important that IJs be smart, impartial, and fair --- you don't want political hacks.
