I don't have a 'BDSM kit' but my car kit has bandages, multiple types of dressings, saline, rescue sheet/foil blanket, gloves, clothing shears, normal scissors, pupil torch, faceshield (for CPR), vomit bag, blood pressure cuff, stethoscope, incontinence sheet, safety glasses, a leatherman multi tool, hand sanitiser, plastic apron, torch; I've also got a bag mask resuscitator with oropharyngeal airways and a multifit cervical collar and splints in a separate kit.

Great ideas mentioned. We do knife play so several sizes of bandages, gauze, tape, peroxide, antibiotics, alcohol, instant ice packs, steril wipes, ibuprophine, acetametaphine, energy bars, and more. Dont have a suture kit, but thinking about getting staples instead. And for us ole folks...heartburn pills.
