I have had masturbation restriction, and I can go for at least a couple weeks if I stay busy. If I have time off though, it is VERY hard....snicker, I didn't mean it that way, but hey, it works.... If I have a whole day off by myself, I don't know if I could do it without some kind of device. Have yet to experience one of those...

Sometimes the rule is no touching, but have found that sub can't always obey, so the time line is extended, and cuming is forbidden altogether, whether with me or not. It is an act of surrender, giving an area of one's life over to another. And what an area!!!
It is a huge turn on for a dom to realize how much he is given. Usually sub is rewarded when it is proven how well she has done.
