I will start to worry about vibrators when I am fucking a woman and she closes her eyes and starts imagining her Hitachi.

Besides, when it is cold outside and the wolves are howling, having a great big warm bear wrap his arms around you whisper in your ear "you are safe my sweet pet" tends to trump anything.

Damn I'm still waiting for a bear to wrap his strong arms around me....*sigh*

For all the women......just think, a man doesn't need batteries!

Okay I know that most women, at least those NOT functioning on a wounded heart will say that they perfer a Man to his Batteried Anti-Man, but the fact that women are using them at all is what I am concerned with.

I cannot move my tongue nor my penis with the speed or intense stamina that a Vibe can create.

Gentlemen have you ever been dating a girl in the early sex stages when she introduces you to BOB Her Battery Operated Boyfriend? Sometimes they're HUGE, I mean John Holmes would get shy around them.

Ladies if you want to have a sex toy try to make it something that won't destroy the ego of every averages sized man on the Planet and if you can't do this for gods sakes don't show us.

Being a girl who HATES having a tongue used on those places anyway, why does it matter that my vib can move faster or with greater intensity? It isn't a competition ...

As for size, I dunno 'bout that. I don't have anything HUGE and wouldn't want a HUGE man either. I'm weird, I guess.

But mostly I come back to: it isn't a competition. I think men need to realize this. When a woman gets a vibrator its all about selfish pleasure. When a woman gets a man, there are a million reasons involved, even if all she wants from him is sex. If she wants more than sex, that just multiplies her reasons. Its far more intricate.

opposing , that is not wierd at all. I don't like anything huge either, and as far as vibes go, I have one, maybe 4 inches and slender and without going to much into detail, it is used for external pleasure anyway.  I am not allowed to use it now anyway, unless I have permission, and quite honestly to me it is more like scratching an itch anyway. Just not that important. I cannot for the life of me ever imagining wanting any kind of toy over Master's hands, cock, tongue, feeling your hair being pulled,  him growling into your ear "mine" while he  parts your legs and well you know the rest....mmmmm. Nope, Master wins by a landslide.

Been there, done that - just because it's a penis with a pulse doesn't necessarily make it good in the sack or capable of inducing orgasm.

I would agree, except that bears tend to be meaner than wolves, snore, and make messes.  Not to mention the fact that once they're tolerably asleep they tend to hog the covers and stop being a good heating unit - and they wake up crabby and expecting to be served coffee before their feet ever touch the floor.

As for the original post - personally, I'll take the vibe.  It doesn't make a mess, run up my grocery or utility bills, hog the TV remote, leave the toilet seat up, whine worse than a child when ill, or have tendencies toward wandering eye and cheating.  I'm not expected to do it's laundry, cook for it, pick up the crap it leaves lying all over the place, or watch football or some other pro sport that I detest to make it happy.  It doesn't care if I have more than one vibe, of various sizes and power settings.  It doesn't whine and feel neglected if I don't choose to use it, or complain that I'm not using it enough.

Batteries are cheap, and much easier to deal with replacing.

Neither does my Hitachi.

Just to play devil's advocate (and because I can't help feeling sorry for the underdog)...

Which do you think is better a Man Or A Vibrator?

Depends upon who the man is.

Yes I know Vibrators can outlast Men however Men are better then Vibrators because a vibrator can not pull your hair, spanks your ass or tell you what a bad girl you've been, also vibrators don't bite, therefore MEN are better than Vibrators!!!

Men could pull your hair, spank your ass, tell you what a bad girl you've been, and bite, but if they won't...

Men (or women *grin*) are better because the vibrator can't cuddle

Some men don't like to cuddle, some men aren't around to cuddle, and some aren't good at it.

Again, if he doesn't do those things...

Yay... one point for the vibrators!

lol... Reminds me of the man who once asked me why he had to be the one to go check out the strange noises in the basement.

Enough said.

Sounds to me some of the posters on this site have read a book i had as a younger sprout - "Why a Cucumber is Better Than a Man".
A rather funny if damning read. a few of the things i can remember were
A cucumber is better than a man because - you can put it in the fridge when your mother comes to visit
                                                               -  it never gets soft
                                                               - it doesn't leave dirty socks on the floor
                                                               -  you can pick up a good one at the grocery store
                                                               - you don't have to buy it a birthday present
                                                                - it won't drop you right before Valentines Day
                                                                - it doesn't talk about you to its friends.

you get the idea. Now just put vibrator instead of cucumber and have a giggle.

Well if a vibrator is better than your choice in men, I guess I would stick with a vibrator as well!

As for size, most vibrators aren't that thick and aren't really that long, besides, most women don't spend the entire time fucking themselves with it, enough for a few thrusts while they imagine someone violating them and as they quietly whisper "please stop" while imagining him thrusting deeper and harder despite their pleas.  Most of that tool is used in and around their clit so the useful part of the tool is about 1/2 long.

I made BSB give up that Hitachi though, she takes a LONG time to cum and even my tongue starts to get tired after the first hour or so.

Dude.  You are hallucinating, here, okay?  They come in shapes and sizes and textures, and we make full use of them.  Full use.  It is also extra fun when a partner uses them on us.

I made BSB give up that Hitachi though, she takes a LONG time to cum and even my tongue starts to get tired after the first hour or so.

She takes a long time to come with the Hitachi?  Dang.  I admire that level of stamina!  I also admire discretion, and I am glad that no one that I am with comes out here to discuss my details with the public.  Just saying.

Kiwi, I read the "cucumbers are better than men" thing years ago, when I was significantly younger than I am now and lacked the experience to appreciate the resounding TRUTHS presented in humor! LoL

Now I'm older, wiser, considerably more experienced, and don't consider it a funny but completely fictional point of view.

Uh....... Michael ....... while your sub other half might have fantasies of such sort while using a vibe... please, don't make the mistake of thinking that it's what the majority of us have while using them....

(and yes... I really DO prefer the company of a good vibrator in bed to that of a person.... )
