Ok.. thats it I am getting a flat iron tomorrow.  Actually the only reason I have any frizz at all it probably due to the curling iron.  Hot curlers also burn me owie.
In the meantime I have a nice butterfly brand just below my thumb.  Maybe I should paint it.

Be sure to get thermal spray guard too.  You are supposed to use it to protect your hair.  It's expensive, but a little goes a long way.

I did the short hair and curling iron thing for years.......as far as I'm concerned, there are only two good ways for dealing with hair......a pony tail or the proverbial hat.......that's all i wear now is pony tails....it's up, out of my face, no more worries.

Of course, if I'm going someplace, or meeting someone, then all i have to deal with is helmet hair.....now THAT's an appealing look!  But I'll do the dry and straighten routine anyway.......

BTW, Christine...I LOVE your hair!!!!!!  Folks out there are paying fortunes to have hair like yours......I gave up on mine a long time ago tho......it has a mind of it's own, and is going to do exactly what it wants to do.  Damn, when you think of it, I'm already being dommed by my cat and my hair......crap!

Just curious, would using a curling iron as a speculum be considered a woe?
