Communicate, don't pretend. That last one is perhaps the most important in your case - why would your sub assume you've done it all, know it all? If she does it is because you pretended. I use a checklist, that we both fill out, that details interests and experience. The sub and I then both sign and date that list, and it becomes a form of contract. One major advantage of doing this is that I frequently hear a new sub go: "What's that?", and then sometimes "I'd like to try that", and at other times "Yechh". Etc. I have actually had one sub try to sue me for the ownership of the photographs I took of her in use, an was able to send her attourney packing with one letter. He was from a flyover state

, and she from West Virginia, so it was not hard, but you get what I mean.

Few sub/slaves expect a Dom to know everything even the older ones. What we expect is that they can show the persona of a Dom. If you can not take charge or be in control of yourself or other things how can you control me. I have had several young or what i consider yound 25-30 Dom's contact me, it is not through lack of experience that i refuse them . It is lack of maturity that makes me deny then, that goes for even some older doms too though.

By showing her you have the character to be a dom, to take charge to be in control she will not care you are both learning together it will actually add to the fun. Dom's who think they know how to whip, or spank but don't just cause pain. For those who do not like pain it is a-- i want to run -- feeling. Good luck in you learning.

Don't lie about your knowledge. Ask her to research new stuff. Go slowly.

It's pretty hard to damage someone irreperably with a bunny fur flogger. A lot easier with a singletail.
Very little with a otk, bare hand spanking interspersed with sexual play, a lot easier with a sjambok.

So start slow, do stuff you both really want to explore. Buy books, read online, go to workshops. Go on this journey together.
