If I had been born male, I would have the same personality as I have now, I think -- the only difference is that I wouldn't have been in a position where, while still too young to know better, I would have had -quite- as many instances of "good girls don't -do- those kinds of things", or "that's no fit job/career for a young lady" -- and with my personality, I probably wouldn't have had to deal with the other end either (where, as a male, I might select more 'feminine', gender-inappropriate jobs). I think, though, that I wouldn't have spent so much of my youth trying to be "daddy's perfect little girl", and might have been more like my brother, and ended up a tattoo artist and piercer and a biker.
