I'm in a predicament. My boyfriend lives with several other people in his house. This severely limits how much mischief we get up to. It's tricky enough to have sex quietly, but damn near impossible to have long, drawn-out sessions of flogging and ass-beating without anyone hearing. So, we end up cramming all of our fun into thirty-minute spans of time when no-one else is home.

Has anyone else been in this situation? Can you think of any nearly-silent things we could try? Obviously, there is clothespins and clamps and bondage, but I'm really hoping there is some sort of whipping implement that makes very little sound. I love being whipped, but it's noisy and an embarrassingly distinctive sound. Is there some way to muffle the sound of spanking without reducing the sensation down to nothing? Any advice would be appreciated.

It's a bit of an expensive solution, but it's one I've used for a lot worse than "loud sex". Look into cork.

CelticPrince- we're both in college, and neither of us are well-off, so we rent with other people. We don't live together because both of us go to college and work in seperate towns. We're in California, where housing is very, very expensive.

I can answer this as a parent of a "boomerang" adult -- there isn't a place that is safe to live in here that my daughter and her fiance can afford -- even with both of them working -- and still afford tuition, his music gear (he's a musician) and the tat/piercing equipment and photography equipment that she's responsible for (as a private contractor) for her career. Both of them moved back home until something eases -- either the careers start bringing in more money, or they aren't paying for school, or both.

They aren't scot-free at home... they're both contributing to rent/utils... but it's a lot less than trying to afford their own place.

I'd just make a good gag and leave the rest to wonder. I don't care if others can hear us having sex, and long as I dont sound like I'm Dying, we should be fine.

Speaking of which, we were at a hotel and we are prettty sure we heard our neighbors get up in the middle of the night and leave. I was also screaming so much I'm surprised we didn't get any cops. Sir wasn't worried, so I trusted his judgement - but IMO I was screaming/shrieking pretty damn loud.

*Shrugs* if it were Me in that position, I wouldnt care what we were doing so long as they didn't see Him beating the crap out of me. As long as you come out happy and smiling, there shouldnt be an issue >.>

But ya, as for noise, Spankings, Floggers, and Paddles make lots of noise. Everything else is pretty quiet.

In my house, it is full of teenagers and 20+ year olds - at any given day there are 3-12 of them there - all the time! I worked hard for my house to be a safe place for the kidlings to hang out - major downside - zero privacy for any "adult-time."

I really miss having fun, in my own house, but I also know there will come a time that all of these great kids will be on their own paths and I'll be alone in my home - then "Let the Games Begin!"

When my ex had roommates, I just said to them, "we have noisy sex, is that going to bother you?" And they all said "no problem". I didn't think to say anything to the upstairs neighbor, but he gave the thumbs-up to us the next morning, so he didn't seem to have a problem with it either.

i cant relax in a hotel atall. - you just dont know whose next door to you with a glass stuck to their ear or who might be walking along the landing outside. i get really paranoid..

bang the tv on really loud -

also dont forget if youre housemates are listening to music or have the tv on loud chances are there wont be absolute silence going on in the back ground anyway.
