Let's hope the Czechs see sense and veto the radar the system needs for guidance. They split from Slovakia, where the nationalism runs as high as in the Polish boondocks, so they don't have the internal problems Poland has in terms of forming consistent policy.

Which begs the question ... why do we have these treaties with Poland in the first place? Powerful nations should never become involved in alliances ... with anyone. There is nothing to gain, and much to risk. Powerful nations entering into alliances with weaker nations, has killed more people than small pox.
