Thanks, Rich - so now thanks to you I'm up to date on the non-debate, and for all of next week I will still relish how well the Seattle running game is looking this season. They picked up this guy, Forsett....

It certainly was not what I expected - which is a Good thing. I wasnt all too thrilled about the idea that it might have revolved around faith and religion over other matters which to me, were more important.

I'll say now that I AM for Obama, however, after watching the talks tonight I can see McCain's admirable qualities, even though I disagree with quite a few of his standpoints. McCain is very much a military man, direct and to the point. Obama is thoughtful, and his general attitude makes me more comfortable with him - outside of the fact that I generally agree with him on several key issues.

I think this was a really good opportunity to really look at both opponents in a more relaxed setting and it makes me even more excited about the debates to come.

And, Daes, I'm with you on looking forward to seeing these two on a stage together. I'm not sure the Obama side is ready for McCain when he starts rattling off detailed knowledge and specific plans.

Nah, never. They'll never break my heart... they've already done that the worst ways years and years ago when I just was an innocent young fan, eagerly watching the promising new franchise that had just opened up in the great Northwest...

Finally though, they won my trust back and they showed me that they really care, back in '05 when they were robbed of their Super bowl victory vs. the Stripes and the Stealers. Now, as long as they do their best I'll be right behind them, all the way.

Really? I saw them play exactly the same kind of game I'd been watching them play for 20 + years.

Obama might have tried to get the Town Hall on while the country is out for BBQ and fireworks, but I'm sure at least one of these things won't conflict with all your strong young men in tight pants...
