Despite not quite fitting the criteria, I just have to reply. I was first introduced to the idea of BDSM when I was fifteen. Since then I researched and taught myself. If I wanted to, I could claim almost five years "experience". However that is all theoretical. The problem with this question is your underlying assumption that a young teen cannot identify with the lifestyle.

Additionally, the legal age of sexual consent is different in different places. As a Canadian, I can tell you that my local scene has a 19 years age minimum, which coinsides with the legal drinking age. That does not however reflect the leagal age requirement for sex, driving, or voting.
Finally, learning doesn't necessitate having an older eperienced mentor/partner. Two equally inexperienced teena can develope their knowledge and skills just as well as with someone older.
