In general, women prefer partners older than themselves. How much older varies greatly from person to person. I would say from observation that the most commonly expressed preference for age range is ~5-10 years older.

I've always taken the view that if you are old enough to drink and too young to retire then nothing inbetween there matters.

I am actualy the oldest member of my Mistress's house, but since they all refer to me as 'pet' or 'boi' it's usualy difficult for me to remember that. :)

I suggest that you wait 30 years or so and then make that observation. I can almost guarantee that you will be thinking about things that never even occur to you now at your tender age.

Studies actually show that, psychologically, men are more attracted to younger women, and women to older men. Men to younger women because the younger ones are better suited for childbearing or whathaveyou, and women to older men for the "security" they get. Too bad I JUST shipped out my psychology book, or else I could probably pull it up. This is definitely a generalization, of course, but I thought it was interesting.

Personally, I'm a bit on the odd side, I suppose. being only 18, I have to have a standard of my age or older. Guys my age tend to be less intellectual than I like to communicate with, and less understanding of my hesitance, so older is actually better.

To be honest, I don't mind the thought of older (early 40s) or talking with older, but I don't think I'm ready to delve into the reality. My age or close to (18-24) is the most comfortable for me, mostly because I think I am still too immature for many people in their late twenties and older. So, until I'm more comfortable with myself and whatnot, I'll probably just sit here and be the Crazy Cat Lady.

For all you older men. 60 is not a cut off point. Some women have age limits and most do not. I have a lot of female friends both from on here and in vanilla life. The age issue has never been brought up with me. Treat women with respect and most of the time it is returned.

When i initially came on cm, i looked for doms 10 years older, and 10 years younger - and i ended up with one 11 years older.

My only qualm was that i was afraid that he would die and leave me behind. And i worried about this for about the first year of our life. Now , i have calmed down a little, and stopped thinking about that.

I wouldn't want a dom in his thirties, or in his seventies. Some gaps are too hard to cross.

My Sir is 15 years older than I. I was hesitant at first, but I'm so glad I gave it a chance. I adore him and am feeling very fulfilled in our relationship.
