Breath play at its finest creates a shift in consciousness but if it gets to the point of oxygen starvation and blacking out then it simply isn't safe.

There is a house within 1/4 mile of mine that has an overgrown yard, and has remained empty since about 4 years ago when a man accidentally killed his wife during breath play. It was so tragic - he didn't even fight for himself in court because he was so overcome with grief. He is in prison now - someone who is no danger to the world at large. He was merely inexperienced, and is now sincerely broken. I find myself wishing I'd known them - thinking maybe I could have helped. Foolish of me, I know...

Hey and don't forget the possibility of a stroke with breath play. That's a pleasant thought, isn't it? That and the numerous other potential adverse effects.

Don't worry about losing any brain cells during breath play. If you do breath play you don't have any brain cells to begin with.

Thanks Soulpericer and aperversetwist. In the past have tried doing a search for info and other things but get so much stuff not related to what am looking for that I give up looking.
