I enjoy forcing a sub to hold pee for an little extra time. During which I may examine her; or punish her or pleasure her until she asks or sometimes begs for relief. I also like to watch her relieve herself on my command. Is that exerting too much control?

Not if you like it.

Someone is sure to bring up "safety." The bladder is a pretty tough organ and a pretty sensitive one. While burst bladders are a risk (a always pee before riding my motorcycle), that comes from impact not from holding. I think this is pretty much like holding one's breath; the system is self-correcting.

I'm in favour of using this when combined with bondage and required drinking of small amounts of water as a means of learning bodily function ciontrol and re-setting the bar as to what alternative stuimulation I can use such as erotic visuals or gentlelower tummy massage, allowing her to wastch me pee and hear the sounds of relief, as well of course as my favourite....The sound of running water, untill the sub/slave can no longer contain herself.

Contrary to the question, you aren't exerting enough. Put her in the car and drive down a bumpy road while you are at it.
It sounds like your relationship is going great. Keep of the good work/domination.

The last time I told a sub to hold her pee.....it all dripped through her fingers and made a terrible mess. I'll control her in other ways, hence forward!

I dont think so, as said before me, your the Dom, it's your decision, though for me, since i have a very sensitive bladder and have to go all the time, i would most likely have an accident wich would regress me to about the age of three and my Master would have a very upset sobbing sub on his hands...

So long as she is able to hold it sure. Some people just have a bladder control issue and can't so if that were the case I would say maybe a little...then again if it's a way to humiliate her maybe a go. Goes more to if it works for the two of you, if it does I say not at all and go for it with the gusto. As to safety I agree that the bladder is a pretty expandable little organ and I am assuming we are talking a relatively short amount of holding time at least comparatively to how long you would really have to hold it to cause injury.

Do you like it? :)

One thing to be aware of though, is that different bodies react differently. If I did something like this I'd hvae a UTI every week. I -must- drink a LOT of water and use the bathroom frequently. Stupid body. Trying to "hold it' will just cause bad things to happen.

If you know that's not the case, though, and you enjoy it, do it!

Respectfully Mr. Warren, while the excretory system may not be as sensetive as some, it is not always self correcting. I have a chronic condition that I must monitor carefully. Along with changes in diet and avoiding prolonged submersion in standing water, I also can NOT "hold it". Eventually I will lose control, but an accident is only the beginning and the least of my concerns. While holding it, my bladder will start to become inflamed and eventually the acid will start breaking down the lining and I will start to bleed. Next, my system starts to shut down and the toxins that would be removed by my kidneys stay in my blood stream. The next risk is that my kidneys will shut down entirely.

For most people, this sort of activity holds no risk. Bit it could potentially cause me personally a life on dialysis or kill me. However, I am also a responsible adult with full knowledge of my medical history, and feel it is my responsiblity to inform anyone I am with of this issue. But I hope this gives you a better understanding of how something you consider insignificant or not dangerous CAN be an issue of safety for some people.

That's a good point your making kry, I have frients who are catherised to stop a bladder deteriation. I can't speak for John, but certainly from my perspectivem I dont want to know about medical situations, I NEED to know about them so everything we do can be planned around what can and can't be done. Hey, you have a bladder problem, my next though may well be how long can you hold an enema? There is always sometyhing we can explore.... Just makes for a fun life.

As noted by a number of people here, a litle extra time is not a problem (for the vast majority). If however long periods of time become involved I have read (don't remember where, but verify with a doctor) that, in the long run it can cause (decades later)continence problems.

I agree I left out that exception. It's like talking about bondage and leaving out exceptions for people who dislocate easily. I just sorta figure things like that come out in negotiations but probably they should get mentioned

When women have ultrasounds while pregnant, they are told to drink 2 litres of fluid in a short period of time, and depending on how busy the clinic is, they could be made wait hours before they can release it, they can get to a point where their back is aching and are really incredibly uncomfortable feeling like they will literally burst. The Doctors dont seem to worry about this too much, so agree with John Warren, i doubt a little "hold it" play is gonna do anyone very much damage, unless there is some other medically significant factor involved.

I think it sounds fun. My Sir and I have talked about having me bound and him tickling me until I pee. Making me to hold it until I beg him. He is evil.
