Well? I'm gonna guess that Cum is Cum no matter what. And having
frozen equine cum for shipping I'd have to say, if you Freeze it quickly
and in something sterile you'll be ok. Since you've gotta try harder then
a horse to fill up the 3 glasses i'd suggest freezing separately, then thaw
together. BTW, you will loose motility but I'm assuming that keeping
those little swimmers going isn't on the top of the list.

If you have no STD's I would think the danger is no greater than drinking it fresh, as long as you freeze it quickly, and thaw it quickly immediately before drinking, so that foreign bacteria do not have time to multiply.

I have on occasion collected frozen semen for a sub to drink, no harm has ever occurred. Or, instant bukkake! Sounds like fun to me, go for it.

It's as safe as drinking fresh cum.

You should be ok. On a few occasions I have had a domme make me save my cum and eat it later. One particular occassion, the domme had me save 3 cums a day for 2 weeks. I saved it all in the same container and always kept it in the freezer after each new addition. On the day we met, we used it maybe 45 minutes into the play. i dont imagine it would "go bad" if it's frozen, since shipping animal semen frozen is a very common practice
drinking a whole lot of it might upset your tummy, but i dunno =p

If it's your cum, shouldn't be anything in it that isn't already in your system, barring bacterial contamination. 
Depending on the person, cum can be hard on the stomach, though; that strikes me as a bigger concern based on the quantity you mentioned.
