Exactly right. CollarMe isn't liable for what their PAYING advertisers display. Those advertisers should have model releases etc.

In order for CollarMe to accept "hardcore bondage" pictures from members, they would need model releases from everyone who submits a photo.

Actually .. any photos of women wearing a bra should be immediately rejected. Breast bondage doesn't get any more hardcore that a pair of luscious hooters being restrained by such a hideous device. I'm just sayin'.

This is one of those weird things that is prone to tons of speculation, but as far as I can tell none of the administrators have ever replied. People have had all kinds of innocuous pictures rejected, and between that and the tremendous number of photo submissions that must be processed on a daily basis, I suspect there's some kind of image scanning software involved. Simply changing how your photo is cropped, and adjusting the brightness/contrast balance may help. It seems that the system dislikes images that are taller than 600 pixels, but I haven't really tested that.

I didn't want to put up a face pic at first so I tried doing a picture of just my legs and feet in the bath tub and it didn't get approved. I'm not sure why.

i don't mind nude or semi nude pictures as long as it is done tastefully.  [:)]  i have seen some very good and interesting nude/semi nude pictures with or without bondage in it.

I'm not sure why this is such a big deal.  I tend to look at the photograph as a whole though, than worry about someones choice.

It's the gag.  A bit is just the same.  Read the guidelines and it is pretty clear what you can and cannot submit.

Showing your face in your primary.  You cannot 'prove' that is you in the photograph - it could be anyones feet and legs.

Another thing that worries me when i look around at profiles are the pictures of pornstars that are approved for profiles that clearly isn't the person in the picture.. I have reported several of these, but the process is difficult, since there is no straight way to report these and when i get a reply it only states that the picture has been removed.. You should think the user would be deleted or similar when these are clearly fakes (at least i would like so..)

i don't really care to be honest in the snse that if it's accepyed by cllarme then i will go along with it. What i value far more highly is that collarme provides me with a constsnt dialogue, a friendship and support network, has always felt like a spiritual home from the moment i joined a year ago.
i have also met my Beloved Master here so i have no complaints.
i was on alt for ten years. i could put pics of any part of my body i wanted on there. i had so many emails everyday there were far too may to even answer. it was mail mostly from those who wanted just what they saw: parts of my body. No complaints: i have made good long lasting friends from alt in what i call by-gone days.

I have a nude picture in my profile but you cant really see anything and its pretty, i dont really like the ones with harsh light and unnattractive subject matter but each to their own. To be honest i have more of an issue with people who dont have a picture up showing their face "i have a career you know" yep and i live off the state dont have a family or friends and dont leave the house so its safe for me to have one up, oh wait...
