...How do i take male clothing sizes and know what my Dress-skirt dimensions are? Is there a formula?

i dont know, about dress, but, pants ,if you wrap the waist, around your neck and it fits, then ,so do the pants, usually size 32 are size 11 girls(leather pants and jeans and chaps)w 33 =womens size:12 ,etc.size 8-10 dress is usually a 27-29 mens pants or waist and, belt size.
dresses, if 2x usually fits all ,and ,fitted ,with an, inexpensive 'fasion-bug' female costume belt ,or
the standard: black 6"wide patten-leather belt is best,
if you're a 42 jacket try a 20 dress,
but it's best ,to buy a transexual booklet ,with all the transfer sizes ,in it,from shoes, to dresses.'janus counseling' might know,if still ,in business.
everything, for transfer sizes,
for x-dressers ,to telling your family and incorporating religion.each booklet is a sepparate entity ,and ,goes right, to the point.usually free.
so look, for, info ,online, under male ,to female or visa versa,and,say send me ,info., on....

Buy a measuring tape and take your measurements. Apply those measurements to a sizing chart.

Since sizing can vary widely from manufacturer to manufacturer, there is no 'formula' that will work across the board.
