ORIGINAL: Tetron I think the primary reason for this is two fold, first dommes and doms tend not to get along in general and second tend to handle subs and slaves in completely different fashions, from talking to both I have learned that a domme would respond completely differently from a dom to the same question almost 100% of the time. A third reason that just occured to me is that those seeking the advice of a dom, and those seeking the advice of a domme will almost never be the same person, so yet another reason to have 2 seperate forums. Subs and slaves tend to be more shades of grey then the black and white that doms and dommes are. Dominant women and men don't get along? Uh oh. I wish someone had told me this earlier. I have tons of friends who are dominant males, and even a lover who is a dominant male...what the hell am I supposed to do now? KoM, Merc, Ron, and the rest of the Dom men that I like to read and chat with here on the boards are just fictional? Well, I know some of them would like to think they are too good to be true. Tongue out of cheek... I disagree with the assertion that Doms and Dommes don't get along. And to prove it, take a look at the cross posting on those boards. I disagree that dominant men and women are black and white. There are as many different dominant persons and styles and ideas as there are submissives. I disagree that we have such different approaches (as the two sexes) from each other. Many of the specifics may be different, but we are hardly diametrically opposed.
