Quite honestly, I'm not sure of the "changes" that Obama will make if or when he is elected to the Presidency. Being a bi-racial citizen of this country has personally given me a vast and many sided perspective on how our differences really makes us all the same. I am hoping that Obama's unique cultural upbringing causes him to have the compassion and ability to negotiate with difficult foreign leaders that many past Presidents have sorely lacked. I'm hoping that he is able to heal the economy and bring peace. I'm hoping the main "change" under Obama's leadership will be finally, I mean FINALLY equality for all. When you're culturally and racially different from the majority, you can't afford to have the mentallity of "what you are sets the standard for everyone. Just my audacity to hope. And by the way? For the first time in my life, I'm proud to be a racially mixed woman in this country. Even though I wouldn't live anywhere else.
