So what is your stance on non citizens stating their point of view on U.S. policies in this Forum, especially the ones that directly concern their countries or countries of origin?

People can state what they want.  If someone wants to have credibility on what is best for the U.S., however, citizenship is a good first step towards that.

Quite honestly, I'm not sure of the "changes" that Obama will make if or when he is elected to the Presidency.

Being a bi-racial citizen of this country has personally given me a vast and many sided perspective on how our differences really makes us all the same. I am hoping that Obama's unique cultural upbringing causes him to have the compassion and ability to negotiate with difficult foreign leaders that many past Presidents have sorely lacked. I'm hoping that he is able to heal the economy and bring peace. I'm hoping the main "change" under Obama's leadership will be finally, I mean FINALLY equality for all.

When you're culturally and racially different from the majority, you can't afford to have the mentallity of "what you are sets the standard for everyone.

Just my audacity to hope.

And by the way? For the first time in my life, I'm proud to be a racially mixed woman in this country.

Even though I wouldn't live anywhere else.

I'm proud to have someone who stands up for American ideals as a fellow citizen. Period. If that were the only determining factor, instead of accident of birth, a lot of things would (excuse me) "change".

Neither will deliver change. Well look at from the big business stand point. If i own a giant corporation and i pay huge sums of money to both parties why would i care who gets elected? Either way you end up with a president with my money in thier pocket. I win either way. Change the face all you want. Neither one wants to bring any actual change. The hogs up in washington were scared to death of Ron Paul. You could tell real quick they din't want him to have a chance. Who knows if he would have been able to bring any change but i think he would have tried.

All we keep doing is changing back and forth between parties with no real change other than whose turn it is to steal.

Republicans= -1      Democrats= +1     +1+ -1=0
