Incidentally, just heard McCain's praising Obama, saying that he had his respect and admiration 'as a fellow American'. That was honourable of him: the GOP doesn't deserve him.

So, whats Hussein going to do with the summons? He's gonna have to provide some proof to the Judge in Philly that he was born in Hawaii, and never renounced his citizenship, when shipped off to Obama Daddy

You're kidding right? The judge is going to get a nice letter from the Hawai'i Attorney General reminding him of the full faith and credence clause in the Constitution. Case dismissed with prejudice and an order for plaintiff to pay all court and defendant costs.
