theq -> Seat Up or Seat Down (9/5/2008 5:15:01 PM)

This question goes out to male Dominants who live with their female subs (or female subs who live with their male Dominants).

Strictly out of curiosity, at your house is the toilet seat to be left up or down? What is the expect seat position prior to being used and after being used?

Thanks for humoring me and satisfying my curiosity.

He often leaves it up, and I always leave it down.
And we use different tubes of toothpaste. [:D]

ApathyRomance -> RE: Seat Up or Seat Down (9/5/2008 5:28:04 PM)

I used to have an apartment where the toilet seat would never go up due to the floor being slanted, so you had to sit down on it.  One day I heard my friend yell out from the bathroom  "You have a Feminist toilet!"   That has nothing to do with your post.  But, it looked lonely.  Now it has a friend.

SingleRarity -> RE: Seat Up or Seat Down (9/5/2008 5:36:39 PM)

Daddy started putting it down for me, after one night when I fell in.  If he wanted me to put it up I would.  It's just not that important to him.

We have a slave toilet and a Masters toilet. I've never peed in his toilet.
Therefore, my toilet seat stays down, and Sirs stays up. [:D]

DomDolf -> RE: Seat Up or Seat Down (9/5/2008 5:55:01 PM)

I always put them down. I also put the cover down. I don't want to look at the water. Just a thing I have.

I always put the seat and cover down as well, you'd be surprised the amount of water that gets aerosolized when you flushed the toilet, along with poo particles in it.

It is interesting to note: While a Dominant may dominate his household, he doesn't always dominate the toilet seat ;)

NumberSix -> RE: Seat Up or Seat Down (9/5/2008 6:14:20 PM)

They both go down, hygenic, and aviods the issue of the girl falling in during the middle of the night.......they so love to back into it don't they? And its a horse apiece, although, they lift and lower one, and I two.

if  left  half cocked, don't whine to me about piss all over where you want to sit.

Although I don't live with Master every time he comes to visit he puts both the seat and cover down. I presume he does this at his house all the time as well because I leave the cover up.

proudsub -> RE: Seat Up or Seat Down (9/5/2008 11:11:56 PM)

I leave it down, He leaves is up, no biggie.  However, He gets really pissed if i put the TP on wrong, it must roll out from the bottom.[:o]

Racquelle -> RE: Seat Up or Seat Down (9/5/2008 11:23:45 PM)

Yes, I stand for making it more likely for a loved one to fall into a cold puddle of fecal-matter and urine tainted water in the middle of the night.  Plus, the added benefit of the cats drinking out of the bowl and then vomiting cannot be overlooked.

YourhandMyAss -> RE: Seat Up or Seat Down (9/5/2008 11:35:04 PM)

We live with my parents, and it's the house rule the seat does down,  my dad himself leaves it down, and if he can then so can you.

so if you want to exsist peacefully in this house you put it down, or you'll have my mom bitching at you.

It's also my preferance that it goes down too, and Daddy respects that and puts it down.

in our home, the seat is left up, or down, depending on the gender of the person who was last to use the toilet.  it's no issue to either one of us either way.

Rayne58 -> RE: Seat Up or Seat Down (9/6/2008 4:07:47 AM)

*fast reply*
Seat is always down.  Because Sir has renal failure He does not pee very often and when He does He puts the seat back down.
Toilet paper however must come off the front of the roll.  Luckily that's how I like it too! [:D]

Lynnxz -> RE: Seat Up or Seat Down (9/6/2008 4:17:29 AM)

He leaves it down, due to much hysteria when I fell in and got stuck at 3am  one night.

StrangerThan -> RE: Seat Up or Seat Down (9/6/2008 4:36:21 AM)

Even Dominants can be trained. I raised two daughters and raised them to be independent, to rely on their own judgement in terms of what they knew was right or wrong rather than letting someone else tell them what was, and ingrained the knowledge in them that should anyone ever offer any kind of abuse that wasn't wanted, I'd bury him or her in the backyard and watch my flower garden grow.

Having said that, it doesn't take too many times of independent daughters falling in the toilet to realize that if you're going to teach them those kinds of things, you have to respect it.

The seat goes down.

Always.

You are not the only one on this Dolf. I also don't like my hearing my slave fall into the toilet in the middle of the night when the lights are off LOL.

Okay, my anal retentiveness is starting to show in this thread.

I require the paper to come from the front also. Any unevenly torn sheets must be removed. No water is to sit in a sink either. Towels must be properly folded and placed where they were found. Obviously dirty towels must be replaced with a clean one. No spray marks or toothpaste splatter on the mirrors. Laziness is not acceptable. NO streaks on the mirrors. If a bulb burns out replace it immediately. The rug must be straight and centered. No loose hair on the counters, floors, in the shower. The back of the toilet cannot have anything on it. Use one of the guest restrooms if you want to read and do not leave your reading material in there. Shower curtains and doors must be closed at all times. The bath must be dried after use. The showers must be squeegeed. Leave the fans on for approximately 20 minutes after a shower/bath or to remove any unpleasant odor. All dirty clothing will be removed and placed in a hamper. Washcloths will not be used more than once and will be placed in the washer after use, draped over the center spindle to prevent mildew. Restrooms will be cleaned top to bottom at least once weekly or after any significant activity requiring so. No stains of any type will be visible at ANY time in the toilets.

I don't believe in using white gloves... the oils on the fingers picks up dust better... lol

Dolf, with all due respect I am NEVER inviting you to visit the farm. Dude, that's not anal, that scary.

As for the subject, The guy that lives here is neither dominant or submissive, just a fairly considerate guy.

The seat and lid always go down. It's good feng shui.

AquaticSub -> RE: Seat Up or Seat Down (9/6/2008 10:23:31 AM)

He lowers it when done most of the time.

We've never talked about it but it would probably take him actively thinking about it to unlearn putting it back down automatically.
