I have a question why is it so hard to find a real person they put this place up for us to search and talk and meet but I find so many full of crappers and most has been first a slave then a sub then a switch geesh does not anyone know what they are and why be fake?

Numerous threads with this same complaint about every sex and orientation are started on here every week. So you're not alone.

Unfortunately, the old saying that you have to kiss a lot of frogs to find your prince (or princess) applies here as well.

If you aren't involved already, you might have better luck getting involved in your local BDSM community.

Because this is the internet? The haven for people to have fantasies and live them out. Man falls in love with woman...gets bored with her, refuses to tell her. Seeks out the internet and finds D/s. Then has to have someone on the side to ruin his marriage with his wife.
Comes on as a male dominant..realizes..hey..I can be a sub male. Blah..blah.

I guess my question to you would be why not? Why should they come on here and be who they truly are when they don't have to be? It is much easier to hide from reality on the internet for some.

Which is why we all need to venture off the computer from time to time and seek out real living people whom we can see eye to eye.
Find a munch to attend it will serve you much better.

Honestly, your profile could use a go over to remove all the vampire stuff at the very least. If you want to invite real, you need to be real. I think the way you are set up now, you are going to attract every whack job on the internet.

Wow! That profile needs some make-up work. I ran into a person on here that claimed he was a vampire. After a few messages I realized he was a fruit.

Well, from looking at that profile, it would appear that the popular theory that vampires aren't out and about in broad daylight has been shot down. Perhaps it depends on the breed of vampire??

Seriously speaking, though, yeah that sort of profile is bound to shake the nuts from the trees. Big ol' fake, wannabe nuts and wankers galore. Perhaps I need to re-tool mine? I would certainly get some interesting messages.

Seriously, you think if someone is a "slave" then a "sub" then a "switch" they are fake? Maybe they tried to be a slave but couldn't handle the totality of it, but liked parts of it so they tried to sub. Maybe they wanted to try to dom once, so they think that makes them a switch.

It's a growing process for people experiencing things to know where they really fall. Yes, I've been all over the spectrum. I started out being a masochist and a sub and still am but there have been phases in between. And you know what? It's like teenagers experimenting with homosexuality and determining yup they're still straight.

In my opinion, you have to have tried or sampled at least a *little* bit the other parts of the spectrum (when it comes to D/s this doesn't have to be in a relationship/romantic setting, just being in control v. not being n control). So really, if you want someone that has not changed their perception over time, or at least experimented, you want someone that might find out they fall a different way while they're with you? Not a great idea for having any length to a relationship...

Speaking of switching, what about people like me -- I prefer to be dominant when it comes to females, and sub when it comes to males. However, I'm a sub that has to be forced down to her place. I quite naturally service sub, but in many respects I am a quite dominant personality, and very very few people have figured out how to completely tip that balance and put me in my place. But I'm happier when I am as opposed to getting my way.

Greetings. Try to understand that for all of us, at one point or another, we are exploring this world of WIITWD and as our understanding becomes clearer, we begin to understand our role and how we fit in.

A) Some have always known what their role is whether they identify as a sub, a slave, a switch, a dom or a domme.

B) Many of us are exploring and learning about WIITWD and we grow into our role as we gain knowledge and/or experience.

I will use myself as an example and I will not apologize for seemingly not permanently settling into one role. When I first pursued this, I knew I was submissive yet I had no bloody idea if it ran deeper towards me being a slave. I was learning as much as I could as quickly as possible. I used that knowledge and took that step to being a collared slave to a Master, still under the belief that this is where I am supposed to be. During that time, I continued to learn and with further enlightenment I saw that I made a mistake and I left. Not because I was being fake but because we were poorly matched and it proved that I did not have the fortitude to be a slave and I still needed a small measure of control and autonomy over my self. That experience was in itself a major learning experience and my owner at the time had brought out more of the real me.
That happened a couple years ago and I still learn and in that process I learn more about myself and my place in WIITWD. Right now I identify as a submissive still though I do have some switch tendencies and that is ok. The switch aspect was first uncovered during my time as a slave and to this day, I am still slowly developing that aspect of my personality. In the past year, I found myself in the role as Daddy to another male submissive and this role is largely as a mentor to my boy. Being someone's mentor is also a learning experience, it helps me define the switch aspect and it has me continuing to grow.
