If you were wearing those in the role of a dom then yes it would lower the respectability. If you were in the role of a sub it would make that more interesting.

The problem I see is that for many of us, we would be so squicked by it that we would decide we weren't compatible so we wouldn't agree to submit to you.

And if you didn't share this fetish in the beginning, you would have lied by omission about something important, and you would lose our respect and trust by lying.

This is a fetish that many people will have trouble with. Which I think you knew about ahead of time.

The pantie wearing wouldnt bother me, as long as they werent MY panties. If they were mine, and "borrowed" that would irk me to no end. Im not so sure about the diapers...It would probably depend on who is wearing them and how they told me.

Well, my Owner can wear panties whenever She wants to and I wouldn't be affected by that one bit (well, maybe a bit aroused); but if She were to wear diapers in a scene, they'd really better be there for a medical reason and worn discretely... I would not be able to take a dominant or top seriously if they were obviously wearing diapers.
