that's a great question...i know that, at least in my case, i would be a submissive even if i had a huge penis. serving does not stem from my size but from deep inside me. i definitely do not consider myself an inferior man at all....i probably have a lot more going for me than most men out there. i agree with JerryFrankster that is just a way to eroticise my insecurity.

that definitely seems to be the way many Dommes choose to humiliate their subs, by using a large dildo. in the past i have worn a strap on during sex with vanilla women too. my partner would receive the benefit of a large penis and i would get off on the humiliating aspect. i think that was a good way of incorporating my fetish into sex, since the main reason was to give her pleasure and my enjoyment was secondary.

Oddly enough, I only have on On-Line sub who enjoys small penis humiliation. He's a doormat and prefers to be treated as inhumanely as possible, usually on the phone. It is hard to humiliate someone for a small penis when they are hung like a horse (I am one very lucky girl.) However, I do sometimes not allow my submissive/husband the privileged of penetration. Asking for "small penis" humiliation is by its nature a way of dealing with ones own self image. The phallic symbol has for thousands of years( the babylonian empire for example)has been used as a symbol of power. Even worshipped by some civilizations. Yet when a sub sees himself as "inferior" this power is taken away by humiliation of a woman. its just a thought. please don't kill me

I recently talked to a man who felt he had to be submissive because he perceived that his penis was smaller than normal -- he was using visual porn to gauge normal FYI -- and his thinking annoyed me. I'm glad that isn't your way of thinking. Demonstrates there is some variety in the fetishizing of "small penis" though I don't fully grok it yet.
