From the man who when I first met him said, "I will never have a cat in my house!"...  We now have a new kitty!!!

We went to the pet store to get fish and then saw the SPCA kittens and we adopted this small little bundle of golden fur.  He is just barely six weeks old and is so tiny and cute.  He has absolutely no fear; the dog terrified of him and the other cats are irritated.

Life is good and I thought I would share our news  *g*

Congrats on the new furbaby...you have some real beauties there.....like I said, if you have one cat, ya gotta have another...and another...and another.....

I stopped at 3 so far.  Some days, it's like living with a bunch of 2 year olds!!!!  And I am totally the servant to KB.....I have no idea why I'm seeking a dom....I already have one!!!!

Sorry to hear about the frog.....I came home the other day to find my prize red tailed black shark literally sitting on a cat food plate, not yet eaten, but deader than a doornail.....he must have jumped out, cuz the cats can't get into the tank...however, anything hitting the floor is fair game!  I really liked Brucie...he'd come up to the glass when you'd feed him.....they seem to think the fish tank is their own personal sushi bar!

That is awesome.. then Thor is the perfect name. Sounds like it works with the 'tude too.

Well, our newest member of the family is spending the night at the vet tonight.  He was not doing very well and we called the rescue center that he came from and they made an emergency call to the vet.  He is dehydrated, not very active and we couldn't get him to eat very much at all.  The vet didn't seem too worried; she is keeping him over night to pump him full of fluids and we can pick him back up tomorrow morning.

Hopefully, we will have our fearless little kitty back soon and full of life.
