Ok, normally i do not bother to comment on threads like this but i had to.
 
Hopefully, most subs are smart enough not to swallow stupid harmful stuff.
 
If they do, well they are responsible adults who made that decision.
 
Or perhaps, as the OP apparently thought and DV put so well, they are too stupid to think for themselves.
 
This probably sounds cold, but if this is the case eventually they are going to eat something that does make them ill or injure them, then next time they'll know better. Some folks only learn with personal experiences.

I have been told by a sub that he had been told that the way to get a Domme was to tell them that he would eat shit.
Some people do seem to be so desperate that they will say and maybe do anything to get their fetishes met.
I have become used to the idea that finding the right sub/slave/bottom for me is probably an impossible task. We really are all so very different.
Assumptions by submissives about what dominants want is a very worrying aspect of BDSM. The only answer is to spend a lot of time getting to know someone before you indulge in BDSM.
Dominants can get hurt. Perhaps not physically but certainly emotionally and psychologically by the demands of subs.
Thanks for the laughs everyone it's been good fun.

Welcome to the boards.  As you can see, common sense, compassion, responsibility, RESPECT FOR OPINIONS are at a premium here.  It's not your fault.  Funny- that is the BEST way to get rid of me lol.  Just shows they didn't read my profile and/or are more concerned with their own fulfillment.  But now I am just off topic...The OP, I suspect, is thinking that he is imparting great wisdom, and, for that, I can’t faulting him (though I do fault his atrocious grammar); it is his subsequent attitude that shows less humility than I feel most would like to see from a D-type and potential Master. If he is this quick to anger when he meets with disapproval, whether mocking or constructive, how will he act towards a play partner/ submissive-in-service?  His reactions showed, at least to me, that he is not so much a babe-in-the-woods CM boards novice as someone who is truly assured of his own entitlements.  Yes, we were all once new and unsure, but it is our ability to have embraced what our ‘elders’ (however you want to define it) had to impart that separates.
