Status: offline 		a question came up in the ask a submissive/slave category about penis size...i had a question for all the Dommes out there...if a sub/slave is very small should be bring this up early in a relationship or just wait until She asks?  thank You!

Honestly, personality and willingness come first.

Anyway, I usually ask ahead of time. If I find the person attractive and think that things may lead in a sexual direction, I'll ask to know what he's packing.

I think it's best just to wait until she asks.  If she has any interest in your penis or having sex with you, then she will bring up the conversation if it's important to her. If she just wants to spank ya around then your dong size probably doesn't matter and you should just take it as a hint not to mention it.

as someone who is small and likes to be teased about it, i vote for not mentioning it until asked....unless your on an internet message board about the subject...and are not the topic starter...
there is no bigger turn off than pushing your own agenda on someone else.
It seems if its an issue for a woman she will be outspoken on the subject...which is a good thing.

Status: offline 		I prefer for the boy to wait until asked.  And I do ask - size is important for a number of reasons (mostly, though, it gives me an indicator of what positons we can/can't do because of the pain factor).  Small is not a problem as long as it works and the boy knows what to do with what he has.

That's tricky. It depends on the nature of the relationship. At some point, however, the male should disclose any mechanical or esthetic issues he may have with his penis.

The title of the thread made me smile and I have gotten some giggles from the replies contained here-in. 
I have been accused of being a 'size Queen' by some but, I'd say skill is more important...now, given size and skill, I'd say that would make me a happy girl, of course, along with all of those other reeeeeeeally important things in a relationship.  A man is more than just his package, imo.  Sometimes they act like 'packages' but, I digress, and truly, I am a big fan of male creatures in general.  Anyway, I would say average on up rocks and I make that pretty apparent.  Now, if I grew to love someone who was under-endowed, obviously I would have ot find a way to deal with it but, I've gotta say that I'm not so sure how satisfying that would/could be.  Conversely, I think we ladies have a responsibility to keep our pieces parts in good working order; kegels and all that good stuff.  Everyone is endowed differently and everything has potential.  We all have our preferences.  My older sis thinks smaller is better, I giggle and traumatize her with my ideas about male size.  It's all good; the fact that we're all different keeps the world more interesting.  :>
