I saw a lot of eye color comments so I add my many colors to the pot. Hazel eyes change colors a lot. Mine change with my mood.
Blue
Green
Gray
Bright golden/yellow (like a cat)

I have hazel eyes and they roll back and forth from blue to green frequently. It's a mood thang! However, my eyes also turn cool gray at the sight of corporate conference tables if I am wearing a suit and about to conduct straight laced business. I have never seen it myself but I have been told a couple times that my eyes turn bright yellow/gold when I am really, really pissed off.

Oh, they're still soft and smooth, but strong. Looking at them for a while, aside from the scars from many years in the kitchen and overzealous and playful cats, they are rather lovely.

but seriously, folks, it's gotta be my eyes, although i've had compliments on lots of other parts. my eyes are pale blue with dark rings around them & flecks of gold in them. they get lighter & darker depending, on what i'm not sure. sometimes they are grey. when i was a dancer, there was a bartender who used to talk about my eyes to anyone who would listen & when i would come work, he would have me take off my glasses to show them off. with my dark brunette hair, they were quite striking.
