don't have to wait for my answer, i would move in a heartbeat...just not sure where i would move as yet...maybe Europe or Australia Mike, there are planes and boats leaving every day for both destinations. You don't need the government to relocate you. I agree whole-heartedly with you, slaveboy. I've lived overseas, in a third world country. I've traveled and stayed in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Most of my friends are transplants from other countries or have lived for extended periods of time overseas. If you have never lived outside of this country and seen what other places have to offer on a day-to-day basis, then you have NO IDEA the things that people here take for granted. Things that are so simple and so readily available in the US, aren't even heard of in some places on the planet. Get sick in a third world country and see how much you value waiting for hours in the ER to be seen by a doctor in the States. Sit on a plane and look out the window and see soldiers armed with machine guns at the foot of the steps to the exit, and you don't know if you leave the plane if you'll be allowed back on because they're keeping people who got off inside the airport, debating whether they will be allowed to reboard. Go to a country that doesn't have the same religious or socio-political views as you, where you may be killed for disagreeing with the majority rule. Go try it and see if running away from the USA is what you really want. My ex-husband became a naturalized citizen of this country legally. I went to his country of origin and lived there for a time. We travelled a great deal, all over, when we were married because he was an exec. with the airlines. I've seen people's eyes get wide and sparkly when they asked me about the freedoms that we afford our citizens in the USA, knowing that they would never know what those freedoms are. My family and friends and countless others, for centuries, have sacrificed their lives, their time, everything so other Americans could reap the benefits of their service at home and abroad. I very strongly believe that people who want to leave this country so badly need to get the hell out... NOW. Go someplace else, try it. Those people will be crying all the way back to the ticket counter at the airport in an effort to come back home. I have no use for Americans who trash-talk the United States while receiving the freedoms and liberties that our service men and women have fought for so that we can be the greatest nation on the planet. ~ Red (white and blue)
