In this play we have Uncle Sam and his friends and his family the American people. Uncle Sam and his buddies Big Drug and Big Banking are just coming back from the grocery store with food for the family. Uncle Sam and his buddies sit down at the table and take out a nice big strawberry cheesecake. They gobble it down while the hungry American people stand around and watch. The American people are hungry and hope and pray just a crumb of cheesecake falls from the table. They stare intently as they eat and lo and behold a tiny crumb bounces from Big Bankings slice and hits the plate and Uncle Sam catches sight of the crumb and dives for the crumb and snatches it right up just as one of the people almost had it in his palm. Uncle Sam hands the crumb back to Banking. The friends say goodbye and Banking and Drug head out.
Uncle Sam calls the American people to the table so dinner can be served. Uncle Sam passes out the bread and everybody is about to eat when Uncle Sam yells for everybody to stop. He goes around to one of the people and grabs his bread away and show everybody that this person had two pieces stuck together. Everybody has two pieces and this would make three. So uncle Sam take the two and separates the slices. He hands the person back not the thicker piece but the skinny as first piece back. Uncle Sam stuck the other Bigger piece into his mouth and eats it. *ah now everybody has two pieces again. Eat up. My fellow Americans our money is getting shorter and shorter. Tomorrow we will only be able to afford One strawberry cheesecake and enough bread so each of us has only a single slice. I know things are hard but we just have to tighten our belts and do our part.*
