I work alot and my husband keeps our baby while I work. He cooks and cleans and is a good house boi. Some of his work needs improvement though. I would like suggestions for ways to punish or have him self punish while I am at work. Any Ideas?

First and foremost, show him how you like it done.  If he doesn't know how YOU like it done, how can he do it to your specifications.
 
If at that point he still does not do it to your specifications;
I do have suggestions mom used on me:
Throw stuff in a pile and make it redo it all
If dishes are not lined up or done correctly.... take them all down, make him wash the cupboards and then direct him to where each and everything MUST go.
If the floor is dirty...mess it up with eggs and coffee...then watch him redo it to your specifications.
If the laundry is not folded correctly, mess it all up and once again watch him redo........
If the windows are not see through...smear them and make him redo.
If the baby's nursery is messy, put a diaper on him and make him redo the whole thing.

My ma was a bitch and if she didn't like how I did it...she humiliated me by making me redo it.
The lessons worked.

Do pray tell what would a Pro Domme do?
She cant teach him how?
She cannot redirect him?
 
And why pay the money for something she can do herself.

I should clarify a little I suppose. My question is what should I make him do after he does an unsatisfactory job and I have to go to work? He knows full well how I want things done though, I admit to being a perfectionist.

I need ideas as to what to make him do. I have had him wear ankle cuffs with a rope tied to a stretcher and things of that nature. I would like some creative ideas.

maybe its just me... creative is one of those things I think helps make a good dominant...

That was before she was born. Now she is 13 months old and I am trying to think of ways to do it more discreetly.

Hey... how about this for punishment.  My house needs cleaning, you come over, I'll play with the baby and you get to work.  I'm not picky at all so really, anything you do will be just fine.

Not to quibble about definitions or anything...but I am wondering about your definition of "punish".

Punish is usually bad.  It implies disappointment, hard feelings, and hopefully loss or remorse.

I am also worried about the baby if you do things to him that interfere with taking proper care of a child.

I mean, hey, put him in panties and make him wear cuffs maybe...give him a good spank when you get home, but don't inhibit the effectiveness of the person taking care of your child.

And remember, that child has eyes and takes things in - even at 13 months.  He/she may not understand, but that little brain is going to be working on what it sees.  What impressions/connotations of Daddy do you want to draw?

Ok I will play along.  hmmm lemme thinkhere.... punishment... One could argue that staying home with a 13 month old is punishment enuff.  You could make him write 1000 times.  " My wife is a dominate bitch"  or "I live with a miserable cunt"  Just some thoughts.  If you want more idea feel free to ask.

And poorly spelled ones, at that.  I'm afraid this community isn't really helpful in the "figuring out what you're doing" department.
I suggest searching Google for femdom sites as a start.  Figure out what direction you'd like your punishment to go (pain, humiliation, service, etc.) and try searching for terms commonly associated with those punishments.

Okay let me first warn you about my ol lady cranky...  Do you know how many emails come at domme's from males posing as female dominant's, wanting help with their slave?  You know... inspections... I'm too busy... help me punish and hold accountable?  If you don't have the time... don't expect us to do your work for you as your profile says you need someone to correct him online while you are at work.  If he needs that much correction, you might hire a baby sitter. If you can't figure out how to punish, which seems like a cry out for some wank material... then friggin buy a book and learn.

It is great when we can help or offer some encouragement, but you aren't willing to do your own work on your own behalf and you expect to take the easy way and have us tell you.  Yeah... right... okay.
