Guess what? You do not need anyone's permission to break off a relationship that is not working for you. You do not have to offer any reason for breaking up to us. It is YOUR choice. If he considers you selfish, that is HIS choice.

So you learned something about yourself. You need more personal face to face contact. In your next relationship you should probably look for that.

This illustrates one of the BIG problems with (primarily) online relationships: Each person has their own RT life, which takes precedence most of the time. It's simply too easy to 'blow off' someone who isn't physically there.

It's a two way street, by the way-submissives have been known to do it too!
