this kid that i keep hearing is trying to get me fired, well, she's at it again. she apparently wrote my superior a note about me a couple months ago. i was told that there was a note written and the basics of what it said, but of course i was not told who wrote it. in conversation the other night with another employee and her, the one said he wondered what was so bad about me. he'd heard what a bitch i was but he hadnt seen it. i said oh its just a bunch of crap. its like how i keep hearing she's trying to get me fired and someone leaving a note complaining about *this issue*, but in reality she and i talk about personal things (her personal things, she comes to me about), i've given her and her boyfriend rides cause they have no car, i've tried to help them find an apartment, etc. she started crying and ran to the back. (her guilty conscience i suppose) so then she went and told my superior i was harassing her about it.

i never knew SHE wrote the note until that night when i went back to the office and she admitted it to the other employee and he told me. and somehow they got him to say i was being mean and he was uncomfortable around me. .....hello??? he just told me he didn't get it, he didn't understand why everyone said i was so bad???

this is horrible and i'm so sorry you were suspended. i'd advise that you start documenting conversations and definitely stay by the book. as you see this person has some real challenges and is willing to play victim to lash out and hurt you.

i, of course, refused to accept the suspension and told my superior she needs to get her in there with me there and let's get this thing nixed. This is the 2nd time she's pulled this bullshit. i really don't get it because she has nothing to gain by getting me in trouble, except some satisfaction in her mind of being a successful shit-stirrer? We need to get this girl some new goals in life, apparently. It's not like she'd ever be able to take my job. There are plenty in line between she and i. She agreed to set up a meeting tomorrow afternoon and said she would get the other party there also. We'll see what happens.

I think in this case, the pot stirrer is him.
He told you one thing and then potrayed the situation differently to someone else.

It's been brought to my attention, he was coached by a co-worker....said girl's aunt...about the note that was written by him stating his "facts".

and if she hadn't brewed the pot in the first place....well, we wouldn't be having this conversation!

i should have known the good fortune wouldn't last.

my options include the pilot newly based in my area who inquires if i'm married or discreet. i see this one going places. or there's the unsolicited suggestion from the person seeking rubber dolls and rubber ponygirls. the sad thing is that i have a latex fetish but all that i could do was frown. a girl could suffer major ego letdown from these people.

this is turning into one hell of a day and it isn't dawn.

so i think i've been conversing with someone casually, as in chit chat. he seems normal and that's fine. there's zero interest on my end. i enjoy good conversation. but here comes the one eighty. which leads to him questioning who i'm mentoring and asking for their id. i don't know what he was smoking. when i clarified he wanted the persons username he corrected me. where do these people hail from?

which led me to question the correction. but it got better. then he clarified how i should have responded. it was far too late to come unspooled over such nonsense. i politely expressed that his response was incorrect, since the person had a profile on the site. gave a gentle reminder that i was neither in service to him nor seeking such and excused myself from the conversation. it is really sad when people resort to the friend gimmick to get close. just be real.
