Emails...rolling my eyes at emails. I got one yesterday, well-written and actually quoted/spoke of something I had in my profile. I responded with an equally well-written email and then......nothing. This is the thrid time this has happened. Maybe it would be better if I just played dumb and talked about nothing but kink. Or...maybe no [8\|] I think not.

Today there was the one from some butt monkey in the Netherlands; first he called Me someone else's name, made it obvious that he hadn't read My profile, still didn't go read it after I suggested that he make reading profiles a new pre-message habit, then tried to chat request Me after I blocked him. Then there are the ones that start out seeming like they might actually be worth talking to.. and then you start talking to them.. and then, like you said, nothing. Le sigh, no?

Hearing drunk people laughing and being generally stupid in proximity to me... do people not realize how amazingly assinine they look and sound when they have been drinking too much??? I'm all for the occasional party or social drink, but seriously, if you have to drink like that... check yourself into rehab. I have no freaking respect for that shit. edited for typo in the word assinine... maybe I shoulda just said "assholes?" [8\|]

I think, time zones. Say it with me.... Time zones. 11 p.m. Hello? Miss Sunshine? Good morning!!! ever so cheerful me "And good evening to you!!!" (stifling a yawn) Oh where are you Miss Sunshine? Middle Tennessee, Ma'am. Where are you? Middle East. (yup can't top that one) interview interview tell me about a good experience interview interview, bad experience. (good experience YAY... bad experience, BOO, learned X from bad experience, YAY) We are in a small town about an hour and a half from the coast (coast of the Indian Ocean -that's kinda cool) So tell me what would you do if a student told you she couldn't work with a male student? (blink* there are places where the women don't actually want to not nap with the men?) blah blah blah get the fuck over it (in my head) (cheerful voice) well I wouldn't force her, but I sure would remind her that it IS a co-ed classroom, blah blah, work force is co-ed, blah blah. Well Miss Sunshine do you have any questions for me? (How can I formulate questions at 11:30 at night? really... but I have a list, and I asked them.) We'll let you know in a couple of days what our decision is. And we'd want you here in 3 weeks. (blink 3 weeks... that's like CHRISTMAS... blink) that's great. Thanks for the info Ma'am. I look forward to chatting with you. (and you telling me you don't need me till mid January, pweez) *grumble as I hang up the phone. I thought they were calling December 7. Thanks angel darling... hey - you da bomb! Now I need coffee... My sweet baby boy ... lemme tell you... I woke the poor guy up at 6 a.m (what am I doing up at 6?), brought him down to the computer room and put him on his lil pillow while I did some morning stuff. I lit the fire in the fire place and was starting the coffee, adn he came RUNNING out to me. I thought he wanted to go outside (cause we let them out the back door there at the kitchen). Heck I grumble. I go to the bedroom - to get my robe so I can let him out without actually freezing my nippies off, and he comes RUNNING down to that room. He didn't need to pee, he just didn't wanna be left alone. Now he's happily snoring next to me, I have no coffee, I have no robe.... but I got him. And that's quite enough. [:)]

[:)] update. he needed to pee. Sigh. thankfully we have lil pads for them to pee on. He did not miss. Thank goodness! replaced the pads, gave him a lil kissie... it was my fault for not being prepared. I still love him. Is this the definition of love? Being willing to clean up the mess without any irritation?
