When I called my reliefbank agency to dare to request from the shifts they have on offer end of december and beginning of january and get the reply "are you sure you can do it, you cancelled twice recently..."[8|]

I cancelled in SEPTEMBER due to my nasty cold and now again in DECEMBER...sorry for being HUMAN!!! instead of being machine [>:]

And why do they text me about it when they are doubting me to do it...then just don't inform me about them in the first place!!! [8|]

However, I got them in the end...thankfully [8|]

People on a bodybuilding/fitness blog I read saying that Tiger Woods is on steroids and being serious about.

LOL, Tige on steroids? couple reasons why not. He ain't got the steroid stare for one, never mind that he isn't pumped. Did seem to me that maybe Will Smith maybe took some for his Ali role.

There's always the possibility that they could have, but if they did, neither maximized the effects because neither of them has physiques that cannot be obtained through simple hard work and knowing your body.

I played sports on the college and semi-pro level and have worked out with competitive and pro bodybuilders (in fact used to train and knew a guy who competed in the Mr. Olympia) as well as with several pro athletes.  Some of them were on steroids and most were not.  The guys who weren't had physiques that most people walking the street would say were produced by steroids.  I get accused of it all the time.  I'll be 40 next month and I can half-ass it and have a better physique than 99% of the guys walking the street.  At 5'8" I am over 250 lbs, bench press over 500 lbs when I decide to (most of my chest work now, is pushups) and squat over 600 lbs.  Yet, amongst most of my male relatives I am small. 

I just bust my ass and have taken the time to learn my body and what works for me.  Most guys don't have the dedication nor the work ethic to see just what they are capable of once they are focused and stop putting restrictions and limits on what they can achieve.  Even the guys I know who were on steroids worked harder than most people who want to put them down.  It's just easier to put the onus on a bottle of pills or a needle rather than admitting most people are lazy and undisciplined.  For most people, it is easier on their egos to be jealous than it is to admit that they don't want it as bad as the next guy.

My dad's girlfriend that Just HAD to scrub the walls in the bathroom... It doesn't matter that the moron was up all night because of her kidneys, and she's in serious pain... But the bathroom was bothering her.... She's an idiot...

I'm in a body sculpting class at the gym (where I'm trying to sculpt huge chunks off my hips) amongst about 10 teeny tiny women - not a one of them over a size 4.  I'm not kidding.  Size 4. (they add up to a couple of size 16s)  And you know what they are discussing? 

Liposuction.

It's so ludicrous I don't even know what to say.

Well now, there are different kinds of steroids.  Anabolic steroids are the ones that body-builders take to get bigger.  (well, *ahem*, some body-builders.....I'm not implying any hunky nubian-types may have taken any[;)] ) 

Our own bodies produce hormones such as testosterone and estradiol which are classified as steroids.

Asthma inhalers,  prednisone and prednisolone are commonly prescribed as anti-inflammatory medications. 

Therefore, Tiger could have simply used an asthma inhaler and technically, he's "on steroids".

All right so, I'm not perfect.  Shocking, I know.

I go to plant Aunt Fabs Iris bulbs (perhaps a little late in the season, but better late than never, right?  *Ask me in the spring.

So I come in and take my shoes off so the dirt doesn't get tramped into the kitchen that was just mopped today.  I are smart like that.

The dog needs to go pee, but the little prince require that the human they've hired (that'd be me) go out on the porch and wait while they go down into the yard and "do their business" (did you hear Color Purple with that line?  I did))... So I realize, I need shoes.  Cause it's cold outside.  So I put on the shoes.  And then I think, lemme get Mr.  Sweet Baby Boy, too so he can go as well.  We still gotta carry him due to the disc issue.  Yep, I tracked mud all over the house AFTER I had taken them off and let them sit.  Oh wait.  There's more... Yes, I did it a second time.

I are smart. [8|]
