Just saw on the news,in a unanimous decision the committee determined that she did in fact,abuse her power as governor.

She broke state law and will most likely be impeached.

Her victim can now sue her and/or the government, in civil court.

Status: offline 		Have I mentioned what a GREAT day I'm having today? God, I wish I had more days like this! The beautiful fall weather, with the lovely scent of burning republican campaigns in the air... Ahhhhh! So refreshing!

First, Sarah Palin is called on the carpet. For abusing her power.

Second, McCain wakes up to what an asshole he's been and calls Obama a "Good, decent human being, and a family man, whom people have no reason to be scared of as a potential President." (Naturally, he was booed by his own supporters... but my opinion of him has actually shot up! Finally, a glimpse of the REAL McCain.)

Gas hit $3.07 in my home town.

The Market seems to have bottomed out and is slowly rebounding.

And I got paid from a theatre show I did last spring... Yay! I can get my theremin repaired finally!

Status: offline 		Fuck owner ,you beat me to it....the report I heard was no laws broken?Though she abused her power...I find that curious and inexplicable...she either Abused her Power and therfore broke the law or she didn't!

It`s a mixed bag.

The McCian campaign will hang a phrase that said the firing was legal.Look for someone to mention this soon.

It`s was everything else she did(and the hubby),that got her in trouble.

She is now officially, a liar.

The egg on her face is thick.

The report doesn't say, alas, whether the committee was bipartisan.

10 Republicans and 4 Democrats.

This is not a criminal finding or an adjudication.

It`s an official finding.

But in politics and the court of public opinion,it`s the death penalty.

Doesn't matter.  Almost as bad.  Just another nail in the coffin.

Of course now we will hear that this was all a political smear campaign even though 10 of the 14 members of the investigating committee are Republicans.

Status: offline 		On the day her selection was announced my first thought,and I posted it here,was what level of vetting was done or in this case not done that led him to select a virtual unknown who has an investigation hanging over her head.The  arrogance is appalling.
