This is inspired by a thread on positive experiences. Every time I read that forum, it seems people are surprised that there are marriages that come from this site.
I thought I would start a thread here then to make sort of a roll call to those who have found "That special someone" on collarme. Whether that someone is now your husband, wife, domestic partner or just a permanent part of your family in whatever position... I thought maybe we would give some of the good stuff the airtime instead of all the negative relationships that usually show up.

Fox and I met here a year ago yesterday and he was collared a year ago Monday. We have been engaged since March and we plan on getting married next year, whenever money and time allow. The hope is for October, but we are remaining flexible as to not be disappointed.

Who is next?
I know there are quite a few happy couples/triads/groups out there!

I met my Sir on cm, lived with him for a year, was collared after that year, and two and a half years later, we are still in domestic bliss.  What we saw was what we got!

Sir said he kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, for the "real" person to show, and it took him a year to really realise that i am as i am, that i don't have hidden agendas.
And to be honest, it took me a while to trust that Sir is as he presents, and wasn't going to suddenly morph into an arsehole.

We are still mushy after all this time.

I met my last husband online, not collarme, but we were on something similiar.  We were married about a year later. We were such a happy couple, & loved to tell our story about how we met to anyone who would listen, & of course, because of the subject matter, we did have to be discreet about what kind of online site we met on. We divorced by 3 years after that.  The divorce would have come sooner, but I wanted to be sure I had given it my all.  The man sabbotaged every job he had after we were married, & finally, just refused to even go out to look for one.   He ruined my credit, left me holding his bills, & got me so far in debt.  Would I marry someone again that I met on a site like this?  I would probably be much more hestitant & would wait a very long time, like years & years before I would be so foolish as to do such a thing again.

I'm in the process of luring Marie and Aileen to this corner of the earth. Mind you, it isn't exactly a happy time for all concerned, as I've told both of them to log off, sell their computers and don't look at/speak to anyone; yet they insist on raising their heads on threads ranging from "chocolate needs" to "Tuesday's spanking frivolity". If you see them, tell them I need more from them than fingers tip-tapping on a keyboard.

All in all, there's potential, so I may have some good news for you in the near future.

Had a heavy day.
Little donkey, carry Marie and Aileen
Safely on their way.

See you both in about 3 months......

Scooter and Jewel met on ALT and are married. I met them on here and am three and a half months from the third anniversary of my being collared.

I have a verbal contract for the next couple hundred years, after which we have agreed to renegotiate.

fast reply:

i met my pet here back in Dec 06 however we really didn't become a couple until this year. i don't know what took us so long to see that we were a "perfect" match for each other but the sparks were there after a long weekend together (while visiting him during his neverending business trip).  he did propose right then and there 7months ago yet i thought he wasn't being serious. so i didn't accept right away - i needed more time to really think. with his busy work schedule and flying around a lot, i didn't think our relationship wouldn't last.

after surprising me with visit to my place, he did ask again during Labor Day weekend on bended knee and this time i accepted. he also offered me his submission during the proposal which in my eyes is way better than an engagement ring. the date (Daddy's birthday) is etched in stone for August 2010 ...the place is picked which gives us time to look at wedding chapels/packages there. in the meantime, i'm planning to collar him on his birthday in Dec.

I met him on b.com and have been collared five years, living together over three. No marriage plans for the moment but we're raising our various teens and looking forward to an empty nest.

My boy, capturedlad, and I met on CollarMe and have been together for 2 1/2 years, living together for a year.  We are best friends and in a wonderfully supportive relationship.

Oh I love happy endings... Of all varieties :)

Though I didn't meet my Husband here, I did meet him online. My best friend was marrying the perfect man for her that she'd met at this particular site and suggested I try and find mine there too. We hit it off instantly and decided to meet for a two hour date. After a few hours of talking and laughing, he outright asked me if I knew what D&s was. I about fell on the floor. That two hour date went well into the next day and I knew that if the next few months were just as great, I'd be his forever. We've now been married a little over a year and couldn't be happier.

Hello :) We met online although not on collarme 10 and a half years ago. I have been his slave for more than 10 years.  Married for just over 9 years.  Still blissfully devoted to him and I love him more every day.  He is an extraordinary, wonderful man. We are fortunate to have found each other.  While luck isn't the reason for our longevity, it certainly played a role in my accosting him online so many years ago. Well wishes, Cavalier's ally

This hardly seems fair.

I've met several partners online.  I doubt I will ever find a husband here, since I've already been married and don't plan on doing it again.   I wouldn't mind a long-term partner however.  Unfortunately, all the doms I've been involved with threw me back.  Apparently I have big mouth/attitude issues.

I met my submale online but not here. We have been in a wonderful relationship for nearly 5 years now. We have plans to move into together in the next year or two and one day to eventually marry.  So yes these relationships can start online and last.
