Okay...This is the story.

MsK and I are at it now cuz we disagree about something neither of us can prove at this very moment sowe're relying on you all to help us settle this. (No worries...we're not killing eachother.)

MsK thinks prostate milking is hot because:
A: She has control
B: It could be very humiliating to the male involved
C: Orgasm denial for the guy

I think whatever about A and B...I don't care unless it involves me. (I'm selfish like that lol). When it comes to C though...I think there's been lies spread. I think that the whole guys don't experience orgasm during prostate milking is a pitch to get Women to stick thier fingers up guys' asses and a way for straight guys to not admit they like it up the ass (who don't want to admit it). (As for those who do...right on for being honest!)

I'd like to hear the responses of those with experience and those with enough research to back up their view on this. I couldn't find conclusive evidence one way or the other in the search feature on the site.

Thanks for helping us settle this. Now, I'm going to see if we can play "Let's pretend I have a prostate." lol

Guys do experience orgasm from prostate milking. I gave my long term boy 5 in a row within about 30 minutes. He loves anal play and says his orgasms are much stronger that way than by masturbation.

The responses I have got from milking is "that felt weird", coupled with amazement at how that fluid looked just falling out of the penis, instead of squirting. No one has responded like there was an orgasm. Not so far, anyway~

I think it depends on the person. How much they enjoy it, get into it, how sensitive the prostate is all has some impact on whether they are simply being milked or getting off on it.

I have had men orgasm explosively from milking and others that just leaked semen.

There's two things at work. A man can orgasm from prostate stimulation. Well, actually, a man could orgasm from practically anything, in certain circumstances...

What I think of as "prostate milking," however, would not involve orgasm, but massaging the prostate's secretions out of the urethra. There would be a very obvious difference in color and consistency, the prostate's volume being thinner, and more translucent than an ejaculation. If a man is not otherwise stimulated, an efficient (as opposed to sensual) milking will drain the prostate without providing much stimulation. If you ice down the gentleman before starting, it should be easy to get the desired result with virtually no chance of an orgasm.

I suspect that actual orgasms from milking are something that many guys could learn to do, but it takes a lot of time and effort. Take a look at the aneros forums to get an idea about what I mean: http://www.aneros.com/forum/index.php

It seems that through the use of a prostate massager some guys are able to achieve a very powerful orgasm, or a sensation that is very similar but far more intense. I've tried it a few times and haven't gotten anywhere close to anything I'd describe as overly stimulating. Some guys take ages to figure out how to do it, and that leads me to suspect that the vast majority of guys who get into the milking thing really don't experience an orgasm. What I always understood as the denial portion of milking though, is that once the prostate is empty orgasm is impossible. Basically what happens is all the stimulation causes prostatic fluid to build up, and once a certain threshold is reached orgasm can begin. The muscle contractions and whatnot force the fluid out etc. Without the fluid there to act on, the muscles can't really do anything (and they may not even be triggered into attempting to perform that function).

Specifically to CdnExplorer, how, then, do guys have "dry orgasms"? I been told about these too. But given what you're saying, if the prostate is drained then there would be no orgasm at all...which means it's "impossible" to have a dry orgasm. Again I have no idea.

PS After reading some of the chat at the link provided, I've come to the conclusion (no offense) that some of those guys just aren't doing it right. With all of my personal encounters with guys who are willing to admit they enjoy anal stimulation from their partners, it's ALWAYS enhanced orgasm. Please define the techincal differences of medical (only) prostate draining and sensual milking. Is it a matter of how long the stimulation is occuring? Is it how it occurs? What draws that line? Is it a matter of the end result? And can you identify where you got your information please? Thanks.

I cannot speak to milking, but can definitely say from direct experience that, at least for me, stimulation of my prostate before a climax makes that climax a whole body, mind, soul, and neighborhood experience as I cry out and flop around like a fish totally out of my head! I interpret dry orgasm to mean that a man achieves orgasm without noticeable ejaculation.

If several ejaculations have recently been had, it is possible to achieve orgasm in which very little ejaculate, if any, exits. I think the factors that are relevant here are how much inventory there is in the factory (which in turn depends on how many ejaculations have occurred in the recent past and how much time has elapsed since then, diet, hydration) and how much stimulation or how much time elapsed in the build up to orgasm (if the mind gets there much before the body). Well, I'm not a doctor, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

As I understand it/ in my experience/YMMV:

The prostate is an erogenous zone, I have orgasmed solely from prostate stimulation, but only when I was highly aroused already, and only from a pretty determined stimulation. The more arousal, the less direct stimulation would be required. For example (skip to the next paragraph if a frank discussion of male naughty bits is icky), for a while I engaged in a lot of solo anal play, with a mind towards increasing my maximum capacity. I was working on a new, larger toy, I was quite worked up. As the toy made it past it's widest point, and made a quick move upwards and forward, I went off like an IED. The emission was unmistakably semen, the experience was unmistakably an orgasm. It is also a bit difficult to replicate. I like to imagine that the prostate orgasm is somewhat akin to the experience of the female orgasm.

As for the milking, if the male starts physically unaroused, and the prostate is massaged without fanfare, and the stimulation is kept brief and businesslike, the prostate's contents will be moved out, with a sensation much like urination. . . . .What Otters said - though I'd never heard it called "prostate milking" before. Orgasms that were super-strong, and really good, but of an entirely different kind to "the usual". Maybe the nearest a male could get to having a "female-type orgasm" - though that'd be impossible for me to know, of course. For me it feels like that moment just before you're going to orgasm, but you don't. That feeling that usually lasts for only a fraction of a second to warn you that orgasm is imminent gets strung out for tens of minutes.
