Yes, basic Swedish Massage takes about 50 hours of instruction and practice to become reasonably OK. (I have about 125 hours of instruction). But the basic skills and concept can be taught in an hour, perhaps refreshed a few times, even with just one table and several participants. It is a little like chess. There is a rapid falloff between those who play in national tournaments, and those who think themselves good. Cooking I take one, basic concept at a time. Fancy stuff can come later. A crock pot stew or soup can be very welcome on a cold night, and it takes very little "training" to master. Basic nutrition can be helpful. Many things can be taught in just a few hours. I began hosting "high protocol linners" in Southern California about 15 years ago (and got sidetracked with other projects). It was a formal dinner service structured around the submissive, providing both training and experience in both formal service and basic protocol. It was hugely appreciated by those submissives who participated. Oh, yea, the Dominant half enjoyed the experience as well.
